Nature of the service

This is a public representative's service website, not an official website of PMC or the Government of Maharashtra. Complaints are followed up by the office with the concerned department; final action and timelines rest with that department.

Your responsibilities

Provide true and accurate information. False, offensive, defamatory complaints or ones containing others' private data will be rejected. Avoid other people's faces or vehicle numbers in photos.

A daily limit per mobile/email applies to prevent misuse.
